Team Fortress 2 - Gamercard.

Hello everyone, after many requests I have made the first available Team Fortress 2 Gamercard, the gamercard works by pulling your stats from an xml feed from the Steam Community website, where it then parses and shows your stats in a Gamercard.

This Gamercard shows your most played class stats, so If you play as a Soldier most often, it will show your Soldier's stats.

Windows Vista vs Windows 7 (F.E.A.R Benchmark)

Before I installed Windows 7, I decided to do a quick benchmark on F.E.A.R on Vista, ready to compare it to Windows 7 performance in games, Vista is currently at SP1, and Windows 7 Beta is at release 7000.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 3.12GHz
RAM: 2GB Team Value DDR2 @ 780MHz 4-4-4-12 1T Timings
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP43-DS3L
Hard Drive: Hitachi Deskstar 160GB SATA II
Graphics Card: ECS 8800GT 512MB @ Stock (Nvidia Driver 181.22)

This is just a Mid-Range gaming system, and as such the scores may be different on lower/higher spec systems.

All Settings where at Maximum, 4xAA (Anti Aliasing), and 16xAF (Anisotropic Filtering).

[attachment=108]

Here we can clearly see that Windows 7 Pulls ahead with the minimum frame rate at 1024x768 almost 20% more than Vista!, it also nudges out Vista in the average and maximum frame rates.

[attachment=109]

Here the gap is starting to close, at 1280x1024 Vista manages to come out on top for the minimum frame rate, while the average and maximum are still in Windows 7's favor.

[attachment=110]

At 1600x1200 the gap is almost gone, with Windows 7 just about holding the edge on minimum and maximum, though Vista manages to grab the average fps.

[attachment=111]

The Gap widens for Windows 7 on maximum frame rate, though it loses on minimum, and just about wins at average.

Overall Windows 7 is dominant in most of the resolutions (especially 1024x768), and in future updates to its final release may prove to be even more so.....
